Hon Mark Mitchell: I have received the following Aide Memoire from Corrections regarding potential changes to the Auckland Unitary Plan: B4708 Aide Memoire: Use of Fast-track Approvals Bill for Corrections Infrastructure Projects, dated 9 April 2024. My office also received a copy of Corrections’ fast -track consenting application on 8 May 2024.
