66277 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for the Public Service: What obligations, if any, does the Public Service Commission have under the WHO framework convention on tobacco control, and how do the PSC give effect to it?

Hon Nicola Willis: None. The obligations apply to agencies involved in the development of advice in setting and implementing their public health policies with respect to tobacco control.
