Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that the New Zealand Customs Service has policies and processes for giving effect to their obligations under the World Health Organization Framework Convention on Tobacco Control. I refer the Member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 66275 (2024), which provides details on what these policies and processes are.
