66267 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for the Public Service: Does the Public Service Commission have any policies or processes for giving effect to their obligations under the WHO framework convention on tobacco control, if any?

Hon Nicola Willis: No. The obligations apply to agencies involved in the development of advice in setting and implementing their public health policies with respect to tobacco control.
