66245 (2024). Lan Pham to the Minister for Resources: How, if at all, are minerals royalties calculated?

Hon Shane Jones: For permits granted since 24 May 2013 royalties are calculated according to the Crown Minerals (Royalties for Minerals Other than Petroleum) Regulations 2013. Permit granted prior to that date pay royalties based on the minerals programmes in place at the time the permit was granted.
