Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Internal Affairs: How many off-site and on-site business inspections has the Department of Internal Affairs undertaken to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 (the Act) between January 1 2024 and September 30 2024, if any; broken down by week?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised by the Department of Internal Affairs that it completed 140 inspections between 1 January 2024 and 30 September 2024. I refer the member to table two of Appendix A which provides the 140 inspections broken down by week.
