66224 (2024). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Internal Affairs: How many businesses have been non-compliant with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 (the Act) between 1 January 2024 and 30 September 2024, if any; broken down by week?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised by the Department of Internal Affairs that of the 140 cases completed between 1 January 2024 and 30 September 2024, 47 were found to be non-compliant with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009. I refer the member to table one of Appendix A which provides these 47 non-compliant cases broken down by week.
