66223 (2024). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Internal Affairs: How many reports of online money laundering or suspected online money laundering, have been reported between 1 January 2024 and 30 September 2024, if any; broken down by week?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised by the Department of Internal Affairs that it does not investigate the criminal offence of money laundering. Therefore, no reports are held by the Department. If allegations are raised with the Department, I am advised they refer complainants to the Police.
