66217 (2024). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Internal Affairs: Has the regulation of online services and media platforms improved to boost consumer safety for all New Zealanders as a result of the Safer Online Services and Media Platforms review; if not, why not?

Hon Brooke van Velden: The Safer Online Services and Media Platforms review came to an end in May 2024. No changes were made to regulations. I do not plan to make changes to regulations for online services and media platforms.
