66216 (2024). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Since what date has spending on the SH1 Second Mt Victoria Tunnel and Basin Reserve upgrade, as well as the Long Tunnel Option investigations been treated as one project?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that the SH1 Wellington Improvements project (including the second Mount Victoria Tunnel, Basin Reserve upgrade, and Long Tunnel option) has been treated as one Road of National Significance project since its commencement by NZTA on 1 April 2024.
