66195 (2024). Lan Pham to the Prime Minister: How many, if any, Ministers had conflict management plans in place with regard to the Fast Track Approvals Bill?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: Two Ministers have conflict management plans resulting in transfers of responsibility as set out in Hon Bishop’s press release of 11 October. In addition, Hon Collins KC has made a declaration resulting in the appointment of an Acting Attorney-General on related matters. It is not in the public interest to release details of other conflict management plans.
