66157 (2024). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Space: Is the Minister aware that BlackSky who has a contract to supply high temporal frequency images and analysis to the Israeli Defence ministry and if so, will this prohibit further launches from New Zealand and if not, why not?

Hon Judith Collins: Corrected reply: I am aware that BlackSky has worked with the Israeli Defence Ministry. National interest for payload permit applications under the Outer Space and High-altitude Activities Act 2017 is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
