Hon Judith Collins: PCO, Draft Government response to the RRC's briefing on secondary legislation made under the Severe Weather Emergency Legislation Act 2023, 1 October 2024 Crown Law regularly provides briefings and in many cases, these briefings attract privilege, including legal advice and litigation privileges.
