Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter April to June 2024 on the action ‘Develop and implement a multi-channel campaign, purpose built to address Māori needs and thinking’ under the objective ‘Build accepting and understanding communities’ within Te Whatu Ora’s Improving Dementia Mate Wareware Services in Aotearoa New Zealand Action Plan?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that during the April to June 2024 quarter, two service trial providers -- a Pacific provider in Auckland and a Māori provider in Bay of Plenty -- continued to develop and deliver multi-channel, culturally appropriate community awareness campaigns to their populations.
