64857 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What actions, if any, have been taken in the quarter (April to June 2024) to implement the recommendation ‘Consider setting minimum FSA delivery volumes and follow up to FSA ratios’ as part of Te Whatu Ora Planned Care Taskforce Reset and Restore Plan?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the April to June 2024 quarter, activity schedules for FY 24/25 were established, which set the number of FSAs to be delivered at a district and regional level. I am further advised that Health New Zealand operates a national dashboard of 'follow-up to FSA' ratios by district and service level, and regions are working with districts to address areas where there are high follow-up ratios.
