Hon Nicole McKee: I am advised that the Ministry of Justice has interpreted your question to be for the number of jury trials and judge alone trials events adjourned in the District Court and High Court between 1 November 2023 and 30 September 2024, by reason for the adjournment. I refer the Member to table 1, attached, which provides the number of jury trial and judge-alone trial events adjourned in the District Court, from 1 November 2023 to 30 September 2024, recorded in the Case Management System.
