Hūhana Lyndon to the Minister of Transport: What reports, briefings, memos, aides-memoire, notes or written advice, if any, has he received on the Marsden Point Rail Link and Alternative to the Brynderwyns Hills projects to be included in Schedule 2 of Fast-track Approvals Bill, listed by agency, title and date received?

Hon Simeon Brown: I have not received any standalone reports, briefings, memos, aides-memoire, notes or written advice specific to the Marsden Point Rail Link and the Alternative to the Brynderwyns Hills projects. However these projects have been captured in reports such as the Fast-Track Projects Advisory Group Report to Ministers. This was provided to Ministers 2 August 2024.
