64813 (2024). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What specific measures, if any, will be taken to monitor and evaluate the success of the Residential Development Underwrite in addressing the housing supply crisis?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Residential Development Underwrite is established to support the construction sector to return from the effects of the downturn, maintain construction sector momentum and ensure the supply of homes for when buyers return to the market. Once approved, developments will be monitored for progress towards delivery and then marketing the homes for sale.
