64811 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: What percentage of Regulatory Impact Statements, if any, have not met quality assurance criteria in the last 12 months?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The Ministry of Justice has produced 12 Regulatory Impact Statements for papers that I have taken to Cabinet, as the Minister of Justice. None of these papers (0%) did not meet the quality assurance criteria.
