64770 (2024). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Police: How many firearm licenses, if any, have been revoked during August 2024 and what was the reason?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that there have been 55 individual firearms licence holders revoked in August 2024. I refer the Member to the attached table below that shows the number of revocations during August 2024 by month and reason for revocation. Please note the total number of firearms licences revoked do not match the number of revocation reasons recorded as some revocations may not have a reason applied and others may have multiple reasons applied.
