64754 (2024). Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Prime Minister: How many times, if any, have Ministers lodged cabinet papers after the 10.00am Thursday deadline since 28 November 2023, by Minister?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. I am advised that information on the timing for lodgement of Cabinet papers including requests for late lodgement is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
