Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Does the Minister agree with Perinatal and Maternal Mortality Review Committee chairperson John Tait that there needed to be 30 beds instead of Health New Zealand's nine publicly funded specialist mother and baby inpatient beds across the country dedicated to new mothers experiencing significant challenges with their mental health; if so, what, if anything, will he do to address this?
