Hon Brooke van Velden: Investigations are completed before moving into the Hearing/Tribunal status. Not all investigations result in application to the Employment Relations Authority or Employment Court. The Labour Inspectorate issued 12 Applications to the Authority and 5 Applications to the Employment court between 01/01/2024 and 30/09/2024. Further to this, there are 138 migrant exploitation cases actively under investigation by the Labour Inspectorate, and an additional 23 cases currently being prepared for enforcement action.
