64722 (2024). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: From 01 January 2024 to 04 October 2024, how many employers, if any, have been charged for migrant exploitation offences?

Hon Brooke van Velden: From 1 January 2024 to 30 September 2024, 80 employers have had enforcement activity taken against them for migrant exploitation related offences by the Labour Inspectorate. Note data is only available to September month end due to system reporting capability.
