Hon Judith Collins: A national interest risk review is undertaken for all licence and permit applications received under the Outer Space and High-altitude Activities Act 2017. No licence or permit applications received since the commencement of the Act have been declined. Therefore, the number of national interest risk reviews conducted to date is the same as the number of licences and permits granted. None of these risk reviews have led to full national interest assessments being conducted.
