Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that: •the Wrantage Street project will provide three new homes, with a total expected cost of $1,719,200. Total spend as at 30 September 2024 is $634,745; •the Hoffman Street project will provide five new homes, with a total expected cost of $3,498,796. Total spend as at 30 September 2024 is $158,218; •the Mount View Drive project will provide three new homes, with a total expected cost of $1,513,559. Total spend as at 30 September 2024 is $337,514; •the Selwyn Street project will provide six new homes, with a total expected cost of $3,794,900. Total spend as at 30 September 2024 is $432,499. These projects are redevelopments on Kāinga Ora-owned land and there is no associated land cost.
