64640 (2024). Scott Willis to the Minister of Health: Will the three key cost-related reports (quantity surveyor’s estimate, contractor’s target total cost, and risk assessment) regarding the Dunedin Hospital rebuild project, be proactively released; if so, when?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that the three reports regarding the New Dunedin Hospital project will not be proactively released as these reports are commercially sensitive, and Health New Zealand is still in negotiations with contractors involved in the project.
