64600 (2024). Lan Pham to the Associate Minister of Finance: What proportion, if any, of overseas investment consent applications were processed within the assessment timeframes laid out by the Ministerial directive of 6 June, post 6 June 2024?

Hon David Seymour: For consent applications decided in the period from 6 June 2024 to 30 September 2024: - 100% of applications were assessed within their assessment timeframe); and - 95.9% of applications were assessed within 50% of their assessment timeframe being the timeframe expectation in the Ministerial directive of 6 June 2024 and - 100% of consent applications received from 6 June 2024 have been decided within 50% of their assessment timeframe.
