64042 (2024). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: On what dates, if any, have Government representatives met with Hyundai Mipo Dockyard representatives to discuss exiting the iReX contract since December 2023?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: KiwiRail, as the party engaged in the contract, is leading all discussions with Hyundai Mipo Dockyard. They regularly meet with Hyundai Mipo Dockyard. I do not believe it is in the public interest to collate a tally of total meetings.
