Hon Nicola Willis: In regard to the Treasury, I am advised that the figure is $142,703. However, please note: - This only includes active permanent and fixed term employees (including secondees out) and excludes those on long term leave or seconded into the Treasury. The information is as of 30 September 2024. In regard to RBNZ, I am advised that the figure is $122,722. However, please note: - The dataset used to calculate the average salary includes only active employees (permanent and fixed term), i.e. excluding casual employee(s), employee(s) on leave of absence, and the Governor whose salary is set independently by the Remuneration Authority.
