63949 (2024). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Oceans and Fisheries: What advice, if any, has the Minister or his office received about amending the regulations for Fishing Related Mortality Limits to a rolling 12-month period, rather than a 12-month period based on the fishing year?

Hon Shane Jones: I received a briefing on 19 December 2023 which noted the suggestion that the regulations for Fishing-Related Mortality Limits could be amended to use a rolling 12-month period.
