63863 (2024). Scott Willis to the Minister of Health: Why has the Government not yet released the three reports mentioned in the Rust report, which could provide greater cost certainty?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that the three reports mentioned in the Rust Review have not been released as they are commercially sensitive, and Health New Zealand is still in negotiations with contractors involved in the project.
