63859 (2024). Hūhana Lyndon to the Minister of Internal Affairs: How many individuals, if any, hold a Class 3 Gambling license?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised by the Department of Internal Affairs that no individuals hold a Class 3 gambling licence. Class 3 gambling may only be conducted by a society or corporate society under Section 28 of the Gambling Act 2003.
