Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC), and Vote Minister for Prime Minister and Cabinet. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I received the following documents from my officials in DPMC relating to baseline savings targets and baseline savings initiatives included in Budget 2024 in relation to Vote Prime Minister and Cabinet: • Vote Prime Minister and Cabinet Budget 2024 Submission - 9 February 2024 • Aide Memoire: Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet – Budget 2024 Impact Analysis – 18 April 2024. Furthermore, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices.
