63735 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been achieved on the high-level recommendation “Current Medicine Act (1981) is out of date and needs updating,” as detailed in the National Medicine Steering Group Action Plan, as at 30 September 2024?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that work is progressing and will be informed by advice from the National Medicines Steering Group and other groups.
