Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that following a meeting with ACC, Health New Zealand and the Health Quality & Safety Commission (HQSC) in September, it was agreed HQSC will coordinate a meeting with representation from MedSafe, Best Practice Advisory (BPAC) Centre, Ako Hiringa regarding the current process to inform changing risk profiles and its effectiveness.
