62469 (2024). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: How many additional staff have been employed in the Refugee Status Unit since the Cabinet paper Immigration Fee and Levy Review Cabinet Paper published 9 August was presented to Cabinet, if any, and in what roles?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that 14 roles have been appointed - six Refugee and Protection Officers; two Technical Advisors, Refugee and Protection; two Support Officers; one Interpreter Coordinator; two Managers, Refugee and Protection; and one Business Advisor. Note that this recruitment includes pre-existing vacancies.
