Hon Louise Upston: I refer the Member to the attached tables: • Table One: provides the number of Benefit Review Committee hearings held by financial year and outcomes. • Table Two: provides the average and median time (in working days) for Review of Decisions heard by a Benefits Review Committee, and top ten percentile. • Table Three: a breakdown of decisions upheld by a Benefits Review Committee, by financial year and assistance type.
