62434 (2024). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: Would beneficiaries face sanctions or suspensions if they were following incorrect information about benefit conditions and requirements provided by GovGPT?
Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) that if a client makes a decision that results in an obligation failure, based on incorrect or outdated information from a third-party source, the Ministry would need to assess, on a case-by-case basis, whether there was good and sufficient reason to overturn the obligation failure.
