62364 (2024). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: Are there any flexibilities in state schools' minimum performance thresholds based on their Equity Index; if not, why not?

Hon Erica Stanford: State schools do not have minimum performance thresholds. Minimum performance thresholds are a feature of the performance management framework for charter schools. They will be included in the contract between a charter school sponsor and the Charter School Agency. Sponsors will be held accountable to the thresholds in the contract. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 62366 (2024).
