62354 (2024). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Education: Does Education Payroll Limited proactively provide the time, wage and leave records to persons who are alleged to have been overpaid wages prior to the matter being referred to a debt collection agency?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that, if requested, Education Payroll Limited (EPL) will provide this information to debtors, if such information is held by EPL. In some circumstances this information is held by the employing school.
