62344 (2024). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Does the West Coast Mental Health Service collect data on when police are called to attend to its services; if not, why not?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that the West Coast Mental Health Service does not collect data on whether police are called to attend its services. I am further advised that services might make notes in patient files; however, this is not currently a requirement for any data collection purposes.
