62336 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Sport and Recreation: How much has the Sport Integrity Commission cost so far, and what is the budget for this financial year?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Sport Integrity Commission Te Kahu Raunui commenced operations on 1 July 2024. Crown funding for 2024/25 is $10.628M. The operating budget for 2024/25 includes one-off set-up costs that will be covered by 2023/24 funding brought forward. The budget will be confirmed when the Statement of Performance Expectations is authorised.
