Hon Nicola Willis: I have been advised that, since 27 November 2023, the Social Investment Agency and its predecessor the Social Wellbeing Agency have not had any restructures or change processes or proposals which led to reshuffling responsibilities or laying off employees. As part of its operational practice, I expect the Chief Executive to distribute work across teams to achieve outcomes.
