62290 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Housing: How many restructures, change processes or proposals, or any other sort of organisational process which led to reshuffling responsibilities or laying off employees has the Minister's department's had, if any, since 27 November 2023?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development advises me that it is undertaking a phased programme of organisational change, and three consultation processes have been initiated between 27 November 2023 and 25 September 2024. Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that between 27 November 2023 and 26 September 2024, it has completed 21 change processes which have resulted in changes to responsibilities and/or disestablishing roles, with a further two processes currently in consultation.
