Francisco Hernandez to the Minister responsible for the GCSB: How many restructures, change processes or proposals, or any other sort of organisational process which led to reshuffling responsibilities or laying off employees has the Minister's department's had, if any, since 27 November 2023?

Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that the GCSB has had one change process occur since 27 November 2023, to integrate CERT NZ into the GCSB following Government decisions. The GCSB and NZSIS have a joint ongoing work programme to ensure fiscal sustainability in the long term – this work is underway and decisions are still to be communicated. I refer the member to written question 41128 (2024) for more detail.
