62253 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Regulation: How many restructures, change processes or proposals, or any other sort of organisational process which led to reshuffling responsibilities or laying off employees has the Minister's department's had, if any, since 27 November 2023?

Hon David Seymour: The Ministry has undertaken one change process which involved consulting with our staff on a permanent structure. This process did not result in any job losses. Under section 86 of the Public Service Act 2020 the Ministry was the recipient agency for change processes managed by MBIE and the Treasury to move their functions and people to the Ministry for Regulation.
