Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter July - September 2024 in implementing the goal ‘Develop and support roles that facilitate and navigate access and continuity of care for older people, Tāngata whaikaha Māori/disabled people and their whānau', as part of the Ageing Well Action Plan?
