62112 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Children: When will the briefing "B-0242 Further Decisions on the Young Serious Offender Legislation" be proactively released?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that they are working on proactively releasing a suite of briefings relating to the Military Style Academy pilot and Young Serious Offenders, including the briefing “B-0242 Further Decisions on the Young Serious Offender Legislation” and this is expected to be completed at the end of October 2024.
