62080 (2024). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister for Resources: What discussions and outcomes, if any, took place during the meeting with BlueFloat, Venture Taranaki and Port Taranaki on the 3 July 2024?

Hon Shane Jones: I attended a presentation with Bluefloat and Venture Taranaki where they provided a general business overview of the offshore wind industry and their project in the region. I also attended a presentation with Port Taranaki management where they provided a general business overview of the possibilities for them to support regional industries in the future.
